Tananeen's return policy
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with original tags on.

How to request a return or exchange
Contact our support team (go to the bottom of any page on the website, under “support”, click on “contact us”) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reach out and guide you through the process.

Time to process a refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, but it may take longer.

Policy on returning used items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used gear cannot be returned unless it’s faulty or defective.
